The invitation you received will specify whether you are invited to the full day, or just the evening part.

If you are invited to the whole day, it will start at 2pm, and you are welcome to arrive from 1pm. The ceremony will be followed by a formal meal and speeches, then photography. You can then stay right until the end.

If you are only invited to the evening, you can arrive from 6:30pm. There will be a buffet meal, followed by dancing, drinking, and a great night!

When you RSVP, the confirmation will re-confirm which part of the day you are invited to.

In short, no.

We have a limited number of spaces available for the ceremony and reception, and we have tried to include the partners and families of our guests as best as possible.

We would prefer that our guests are able to enjoy the day without having to worry about their children, so we have decided not to invite children that are not directly involved in the ceremony to the wedding.

We hope that you understand our decision.

We will be serving a two course meal during the day. This will cater for any dietary requirements providing they have been added to the RSVP form.

We will also be providing a toast drink for the speeches, and maybe a couple of other surprises.

At the evening reception, there will also be hot rolls and fries provided for guests to stop any late-night booze-fuelled hunger pangs.

We will have access to a private bar throughout the day, which is reasonably priced. 🍺 🍷 🍻 🍹 🥂

If you have any dietary requirements or allergies, please remember to let us know when you RSVP, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

As per the great british weather, we are unsure of the weather until the day itself.

If we can have an outdoor ceremony, we may do so, but if not, the ceremony will be held indoors in the main function room.

Please ensure that you dress appropriately for the weather regardless, as there is an outdoor courtyard as well as the main function room.

During the wedding ceremony, we would like to ask that guests do not take photos or videos. We will have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony and would prefer to see you all enjoying the moment rather than looking at your phone.

There will be one or two designated guests to also film some amatuer footage. Unless told otherwise, this is not you!

We will share all photos and videos through this site after the wedding, so you will be able to see all the moments captured.

Later on in the day, we will also have a photo booth set up for you to take your own photos. Each photo will be printed twice, one for you to keep, and one to go in our guest book for us to keep.

We are not sending out physical invitations.

Instead, we have created an online RSVP form which you can fill in to let us know whether you can attend or not. You can find the form on the RSVP page of this website.

If you are RSVPing for multiple people (e.g. your children, partner, parents), please fill in the form multiple times for each person separately.

If you make a mistake, or need to change your RSVP, please just fill in the form again and your response will be updated.

We just ask that you do this before the RSVP deadline of February 2026.
